Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally known as Andra day, is an American R&B artist and singer. Apart from an award like a Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award she has also been nominated for an Academy Award. Andra day is an incredibly talented and powerful artist. It's not like she's the throwback R&B expert, but her experience in gospel jazz, as well as the blues are evident and is a perfect fit for today's music.
